A beveraging dispensing system for mixing and dispensing soft drink syrup concentrates and mixing soda supplied under pressure to a hand-held control and dispensing head having a plurality of mechanically actuated control valves wherein displacement of the valves is assisted by the pressure and flow of the mixing soda.
