Tensile stress relief for terminal wire in automatic windings - by bending terminals from axis parallel position towards flange radial outward

The relay coils have a terminal flange with terminals for winding end connection. The terminals are such that with the wire ends of the winding fixed to them, they are bent towards the flange surface so that during the bending the distance rectangular from the coil axis to the wire connection point on the terminal steadily increases. The tension of the wire at the terminal which is for automatic windings equal to the winding traction force is steadily decreased by the bending process and overtensioning of the wire due to soldering or heat generation is avoided.
