[Class 98 (i)] [See also Group XXV] The support forms an integral part of the camera and comprises a pair of legs hinged or universally mounted at one end on the camera so as to be foldable against the camera body, and clamping means to draw the legs together when in use. In the form shown, the legs 10 provided with pivoted feet 11 are mounted on a pivot pin 14 screwed into a lug 15 on a bolt 16 mounted on the camera body. A clamping screw 19 and nut 18 are employed to draw the legs together. The camera body may be recessed on the under side to receive the legs when folded down out of use.</p> |
