PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform an input using a virtual keyboard and the observation of an ultrasonic image concerning an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic image 232 is displayed within a display area 78A of a touch panel monitor 78. When a display indication is given, a virtual keyboard 212 is displayed within the display area 78A. The virtual keyboard 212 is displayed in front of the ultrasonic image 232 and the virtual keyboard 212 is partially superimposed on the ultrasonic image 232. The touch panel monitor 78 includes a touch sensor. A touch operation in the virtual keyboard 212 is detected as a key input to the virtual keyboard 212. Since the virtual keyboard 212 is a transparently displayable image, the ultrasonic image 232 as a background image can be observed through the virtual keyboard 212.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
