Anti frost burner device - has reduction gear, fan, pump, roller, nozzle and sleeve

An anti-frost device has a platform which pivots on a wheeled frame (1) around a vertical axis or rollers running on a track. An engine drives a reduction gear through a transmission. A roller is keyed to an output shaft from reduction gear. A fan fixed to engine shaft also drives a fuel pump connected to a feed pipe and fuel injector at the start of a burner nozzle connected to a sleeve by radial strips. Where the nozzle protrudes beyond the sleeve, it is perforated by elongated apertures. In operation the engine causes the platform to rotate, at the same time driving the fan which blows air into the sleeve. The air is guided by vanes, and one part passes through the burner nozzle and is burnt with the fuel. A small amount of air passes through the burner nozzle and is burnt with the fuel. A small amount of air passes through the apertures so that the air pressure at the nozzle outlet equals that inside the nozzle, avoiding flashback. The tepid air produced prevents the formation of frost.
