<p>The video timing device, used for competitive sports events, has a television camera, which is connected to a store, for storing the video signals representing the scene viewed by the camera and an image reproduction unit connected to the store. The television camera is formed with at least two viewing systems, with a light interrupting device positioned in front of the latter, so that the light from the scene alternately falls on one or other of the viewing systems, and light falling on a given viewing system for a part of the television frame period proportional to the number of viewing systems associated with the camera.</p> |
