<p>A rigid foam building panel has a needled facing fabric or a piled facing fabric attached to its exposed surface by e.g. adhesive. Pref. each panel has grooves or ribs along its edges so that when the panels are assembled together a rib of one panel locates in a groove of an adjacent panel. The fabric may cover the complete surface of the panel. Pref. the panels are fixed in position by clips. The panels are used for partitioning or for cladding walls or ceilings. The panel is light, easy to fix in position and is hard wearing. It also provides good sound and thermal insulation.</p> |
