At least one outlet pipe is carried by a mounting which is rotatable within a support. The lance is pivoted to the mounting. A feeder arm within the mounting rotates coaxially with it. The upper end(2b) of the arm is connected to the outlet by a flexible pipe(8). The outlet pipe is fixed to an arm which pivots about a support which is connected with the feeder arm. The feeder arm may have two co-axial passages, each connected at the top by a flexible pipe to a separate outlet pipe.
