The connection by cables permits a limited rotation of the rotatable part. The system comprises two concentric guiding elements (111, 214) of which the inner (111) consists of a cylinder (11) with an outlet for the cables (41, 42). The cylinder (11) is surrounded by a rotatable frame (21). This frame is fitted with two reversing pulleys (212, 212') supporting rollers (213) and two groups of cables (41, 42) one of which runs over one pulley, and the other runs over the other pulley.
