<p>PURPOSE:To actuate with complete engagement of the tooth surfaces in spite of light or heavy load in the constitution made up by an electromagnetic brake gear and a tooth complete engagement detector. CONSTITUTION:The constitution is made up by a tooth-form electromagnetic clutch 2, an electromagnetic brake 3, a power unit 4 to supply electric current to an excitation coil 2a, a power unit 5 to supply electric current to an electromagnetic coil 3a, and an engagement detector 6 which detects changes of the excitation current to flow to the excitation coil 2a and detects the tooth surface engagement condition of the tooth-form electromagnetic clutch 2, to actuate with complete engagement at tooth surfaces in spite of light or heavy load in such a way that when starting a load 7, proper load is given onto the follow-up side of the tooth- form electromagnetic clutch 2.</p> |
