摘要
<p>Ceramic body with arc extinction activity is provided with a glaze or glaze layer having a low softening temp (520-850 degrees C), pref. of a Pb-contg. S: O2-or S:02-B2O3 glass. The glazed ceramic is used esp. for spark gap seats for quenched spark gaps of valve arresters and arc extinction chambers of switch gear. Glaze suits all arc-resistant temp. change resistant ceramics.</p>
