<p>Novel antineoplastic ailanthone derivatives (IIb) represented by the following formula wherein R<Sub>2</Sub> is C<Sub>5</Sub>-C<Sub>18</Sub> α, β-unsaturated acyl group and its related compounds are disclosed.
