摘要 The invention relates to a device for carbonisation, gasification, bio-oil production and synthesis gas production from dusty to lumpy biomass (namely harvest waste of any kind, wood waste, coal, marine algae and the like) and to a process for operating this device (Figure 1). The essential difference from the state of the respective art is the use of a sodium-cooled double-jacketed rotor with primary air feed or oxygen air feed to the reaction centre through the inner pipe; the special feature of this rotor are the ceramic discharge blades (Figure 4) fitted in the reaction centre zone. The gasification is descending, that is to say the gas generated is, after the gasification reaction, not passed through a layer of fresh biomass and thus contaminated, but fed immediately to the filtering and cooling systems. Depending on the operational mode, the reaction temperature is in the range from 600 to 1000 DEG C. The speed of rotation of the double jacketed rotor is controllable, so that the best discharge rate can be adjusted as required by means of the obliquely arranged ceramic blades (for example fast for the carbonisation process and slow for the gasification process). <IMAGE>
