PURPOSE:To obtain new room cooling, room heating and hot-water supplying system in small-scale building or the like by combining an air-cooled heat pump chiller with a solar heat collector. CONSTITUTION:The room cooling, room heating and hot-water supplying system is consisting of a heat accumulating tank 2 for air condition, which acoomodates the air-cooled type heat pump chiller 1 and a heating coil 10, a solar heat accumulating tank 3, having an intermediate partitioning plate 11 provided with a fan coil unit 7, the solar heat collector 4 and a valve means 12 for connecting, a hot-water supplying means 13, pipe-lines connecting respective equipments and a pump means. Accordingly, the system, capable of being operated by any one without causing a special difficulty in the operation thereof, efficient and capable of operating the equipments effectively all the year round, may be obtained.
