PURPOSE:To form a grid line with an optional shape at an optional position with high accuracy by using a laser so as to expose a skin member with a conductive film adhered thereto thereby applying etching. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric skin member (e.g., skin made of alamide fiber cloth/epoxy resin composite) 2 is set onto a forming die 1 having a curvature, a conductive film (e.g., copper foil) is adhered to the face of the skin member 2 having a curvature and a liquid resist reacting the light is coated on to the film. Then a numerial control machine 4 is used and the resist is exposed by a laser (e.g., argon laser). Then development and etching are applied to form a grid line 10. Thus, the deviation of the relative position of the grid line 10 and of the position with respect to the reflector is eliminated, the degree of freedom of the design of the grid line 10 is improved to reduce the grid line 10 from being cut off.
