<p>The device is a plasma display panel having cell-spacings made spacers by (4). Glass beads or thin glass plates are used to keep cell spaces constant. The device is made as follows: (i) forming a glass substrate; (ii) forming an electrode (2) on the substrate; (iii) forming an insulation layer (3) on the above electrode. Stainless steel is used as a silkscreen mesh of 250 or 300 mesh, and the spacer (4) is formed by silkscreen print with the same material as the above insulation layer.</p> |
