The circuit interfaces between the printer and the monitor screen showing the digital teletext contents. The teletext signal is provided to an teletext image processor (11) through a data processor (10). The processed digital data is provided to a CRT controller (12) storing the data to a RAM (13) sequentially under control of a microprocessor (2). The controller (12) generates analog colour signals (R,G,B) from the stored data synchronised to the horizontal and vertical synchronous signals. The colour signals are provided to a colour signal voltage switching circuit (8) to select the television or teletext screen. When printing the teletext screen, the microprocessor reads the data stored in the RAM sequentially and sends them to a printer through a connector (15).
