PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time and to improve a processing speed by entering only a necessary part out of an input image and executing measuring processing and operation. CONSTITUTION:A camera switch 5 in an image processor 2 enters a video signal from either one of two television(TV) cameras. The video signal is A/D- converted by an A/D converter 6 and the digital signal is inputted to a measuring part 13 and a horizontal count 9. The measuring part 13 and a CPU 16 measure the area of one horizontal scanning line and a primary moment and accumulatively add respective measured values. The counter 9 counts up the number of horizontal synchronizing signals, and when the count value coincides with a set point set up in a register 12, a coincidence judging circuit 11 outputs an interruption signal to the CPU 16. After executing centroid operation by using these measured results, the CPU 16 switches the camera switch 5 to the other TV camera. |
