The Venetian blind has two or more parts (1,2) with horizontal slats and possessing a separately adjustable tilt angle. The pull-cords of the various parts of the blind are tilt-adjustable by cogged straps via pairs of cog wheels. The pull-cords for the bottom part of slats lead through holes in the middle of the top parts of slats. Weights are incorporated in the lowest slat of the top part and in the topmost slat of the nearest part.
