PURPOSE:To inhibit the generation of a flow mark on a design surface in the molding method of rubber pressure castings formed, and to improve design properties by using the approximately rectangular section of an outer circumferential surface as an approximately rectangular parallelopiped shape as the design surface, forming a recessed section at approximately the center of the design surface and pressing and injecting a rubber material into the cavity of a mold-clamped molding die through a gate arranged on the end face side in the longitudinal direction of a molded form at the time of forming. CONSTITUTION:A gate G through which a rubber material M is pressed and injected into the cavity 20a of a mold-clamped mold 20 is arranged at a position displaced from the center of an end face in the longitudinal direction of a molded form 11 formed to the short-direction side of a design surface and formed on the end face. |
