DYEING METHOD OF COTTON WEB OR SLIVER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MELANGE YARN USING THE SAME WHICH IS CHARACTERIZED BY REDUCING PRODUCTION COST AND ENERGY, INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A dyeing method of cotton web or sliver is characterized by dipping the cotton web or the sliver into an aqueous solution containing a moistening agent and reducing energy consumption and labor cost. A manufacturing method of melange yarn is characterized by mixing the dyed cotton web or the dyed sliver with undyed sliver or the sliver having different color, reducing production cost, a manufacturing process and energy and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of melange yarn is as follows: blending-and-picking, carding and combing cotton to manufacture sliver; dyeing the sliver; drawing and spinning the dyed sliver; and then mixing the dyed sliver and undyed sliver. A dyeing method of the sliver is as follows: padding an aqueous solution containing a moistening agent to the sliver; winding the sliver around a beam; mixing the dyed sliver with the undyed sliver or the sliver having different color to manufacture drawing sliver; and then spinning the drawing sliver.
