PURPOSE:To prevent a semiconductor device from being broken in a semiconductor stack for use in a power converter by reducing wiring inductance between the semiconductor device and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A stack is constructed by laminating an insulating spacer 1, a terminal bus bar 2, a cooling fin 3, and a semiconductor device 4 while matching them with an electric circuit. A clamper 12 fixes the stack by holding opposite ends of the stack with two screw bolts 7 at a predetermined pressure. On a mounting plate 13 there are mounted the clamper 12 and a capacitor 10 through an insulator 18. The capacitor 10 and the cooling fin 3 are interconnected through a cable 11. |
