PURPOSE: To enable a vacuum cleaner to catch particles smaller than 1μm by constituting a vacuum cleaner bag from a closed container made of a sheet containing ultrashort microfine flash-spinned polyolefin fibers. CONSTITUTION: This topfill vacuum bag 10 is constituted as a container formed from a single sheet 20 of a flash spinned polyolefin material, and both ends of the sheet 20 are bound lengthwise to form a slender tubular container with one or more pleats or gussets formed on the side walls. And an orifice 33 is formed on the surface 25 to connect an inserting tube. The sheet 20 contains at least 65% ultrashort microfine flash spinned polyolefin fibers and about 24% of the sheet weight, preferably less than 10%, nonflash spinned fibers, and is formed so as to have air permeability of 2-20cfm/ft<2> .
