PURPOSE:To deliver a message left by a caller to a called party early. CONSTITUTION:The message mail service system in a mobile telephone communication system in which a mobile equipment 7 is connected to a network via a mobile exchange 4 is provided with a voice storage section 44 storing a voice message, a home memory 5 storing reference information relating to the mobile equipment, and a control section 42 which makes connection control of a speech line in the mobile exchange 4, connects the voice storage section 44 to a caller line at the time of arrival of a message mail to the mobile equipment 7 or in the absence of a reply from the mobile equipment 7 implementing incoming call processing to the mobile equipment 7 to store a message from the caller in the voice storage section 44 and stores the information representing the presence of the message in the home memory 5, and the control section 42 refers to the information representing the presence of the message to the mobile equipment 7 in the home memory 5 in the case of processing of a dialing, call reception or position registration request relating to the mobile equipment 7 and informs of the information representing the presence of the message when the message is in existence.
