PURPOSE:To enlarge the selective range of chemical application while enhancing efficiency in analysis by regulating the time interval after injection of sample before injection of reagent into a reaction container. CONSTITUTION:A reaction pipe 1 is laid along a double transfer line installed concentrically on a rotary reaction table 2. Reagent dispensing mechanisms 7, 8 are disposed along the reaction line while spaced apart from each other such that the reaction pipe 1 arrives at reagent dispensing positions R2-1, R2-2 upon elapse of different times after a first reagent is dispensed at a reagent dispensing position R1 and stirred by a stirring mechanism 5 thus allowing selection of the position where the second reagent is dispensed. A stirring mechanism 9 corresponding to the dispensing mechanism 7 is disposed at a position on the reaction line spaced apart by one cycle rotational angle from the reagent dispensing position R2-1 in the upstream and stirs the reaction liquid at a stirring position MX2-1 in next cycle after dispensation of second reagent. |
