ULTRA HIGH SPEED SPINNING PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF POLYESTER FIBER

The polyethylen terephtalate having 0.645 inherent viscosity is spun at 295 deg.C through a spinneret of which number of capillary hole is 36 and diameter is 0.2 mm and fiber finess of it is 75 denier/36 filament. A spun yarn (Y) is quenched by cool air at a velocity of 0.4 m/sec and solidified at below 80 deg.C in a quenching chamber (2). Spun yarns (Y) are gathered in a guide (3) of which inner diameter is 10<=R2<=30 mm. The gathered yarns pass air control holes (4)(4') and a heating chamber (5) and are rewinded at over 50,000 m/min.
