PURPOSE:To obtain the oiling agent, containing a fatty acid ester-based lubricating agent, a specific compound and a surfactant, hardly causing the yarn breakage, fluff, etc., and capable of improving the yarn manufacturing properties in spinning synthetic fibers at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:This spinning oiling agent is obtained by blending a fatty acid ester- based lubricating agent, preferably an ester of a monohydric alcohol with a monocarboxylic acid, especially isooctyl palmitate or isooctyl stearate in an amount of 50-85wt.% based on the weight of the spinning oiling agent with a compound expressed by the formula [R is a 4-14C aliphatic alkyl or acyl; X is Hor COOR' (R' is methyl or ethyl); (n) is 1-7; (m) is 1-4] in an amount of 2-10 wt.% based on the weight of the spinning oiling agent, a nonionic surfactant (e.g. an EO adduct of lauryl alcohol or an EO adduct of hardened castor oil) in an amount of 10-20wt.% based on the weight of the spinning oiling agent and an ionic surfactant, preferably an alkylsulfonate salt in an amount of 3-10wt.% based on the weight of the spinning oiling agent and then emulsifying the resultant blend. The resultant oiling agent is capable of improving the yarn manufacturing properties of a polyester or a nylon, etc., in spinning at a high speed due to its high level of permeability without causing the dyeing speck. |
