New compsns. (A) are claimed, contg.: (a) a Cl-contg. polymer and (b) cpd(s). of formula (I). In (I), R1, R2 = 1-20C alkyl, 6-18C aryl, 7-30C alkaryl, 1-10C alkoxy or 6-30C alkaryloxy; only one of these gps. is alkoxy, aryloxy or alkaryloxy; R' = H or 1/mMe<+>= (with Me<+> = metal ion with a charge of 1-4); n = 1-6; if n = 1, R = 1-20C alkyl, 6-18C cycloalkyl, 6-18C aryl or 7-30C alkaryl; if n = 2, R = 2-12C alkylene, 6-20C opt. alkyl-substd. cycloalkylene, 6-30C arylene or alkarylene, a gp. of formulae (a)-(d) (with A = CH2, CMe2, O, S, -S-S- or SO2; Y = -CONHCO- or a gp. of formula (e) or (f)) or a gp. -R3-NH-CO-O-X-O-CO-NH-R3- (with R3 = (cyclo)alkylene or (alk)arylene as for R; Z = residue of diol, polyether-diol or polyester-diol); if n = 3, R = a gp. of formulae (g) - (k) or a gp. -(CH2)6-NCONH-(CH2)62 (with R4 = H or 1-10C alkyl; x, y = 0-4); if n = 4, R = a gp. of formula (l) or (m) or a gp. C(CH2OCONH-R3-)4 ; if n = 5, R = a gp. of formula (n); if n = 6, R = a gp. of formula (o). Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of adducts (I) by reacting 1,3-dicarbonyl cpds. (II) with mono-, di- or poly-isocyanates (III), and using the prods. (I) (either directly or after conversion into the metal salts) as stabilisers or costabilisers for Cl-contg. polymers (a).
