<p>PURPOSE:To report a voice response corresponding to the intention of a user by successively setting the contents of a response report by the user corresponding to the conditions of use in relation with the data base of an object system. CONSTITUTION:A data processing part 7 processes and inputs/outputs data for response / report while controlling a line connecting part 1, data transfer part 2, voice output part 3 and console control part 6. The data processing part 7 analyzes the data received from the data base of a monitor and control system 10 as a connecting object through the data transfer part 2 and performs processing corresponding to this analyzed result, the contents of a message set from a console 5 through the console control part 6 and the information of cooperation or the like. The data processing part 7 generates the message data of a response message showing the conditions of the monitor and control system 10, applies them to the voice output part 3 and transmits the voice message generated by the voice output part 3 through the line connecting part 1 to a public line.</p> |
