<p>PURPOSE: To improve the adhesiveness of a silicone rubber film to a fabric and improve the film strength by containing specific elements as main constituents, and forming the silicone rubber film into an aqueous emulsion. CONSTITUTION: Organopolysiloxane of 100 pts.wt. containing two OR<2> groups in one molecule of the formula, organopolysiloxane of 0.5-50 pts.wt. containing three Si-H bondings in one molecule, silica of 0.5-100 pts.wt., organoalkoxysilane of 0.1-20 pts.wt. containing the amide group and carboxyl group, the epoxy group of 0.1-20 pts.wt., and a hardening catalyst of 0.01-10 pts.wt. are contained as main constituents in an aqueous emulsion, where R<1> is the nonsubstitutional or substitutional monovalent hydrocarbon group having the carbon number of 1-20 of the same of different types, Z is the group of the same or different type expressed by OR<2> or (OSiR<1> R<1> )k OR<2> , and R<2> is hydrogen atom or the nonsubstitutional or substitutional monovalent hydrocarbon group having to 20 carbon atoms. The adhesive property of a silicone rubber film to a fabric is improved, and the film strength can be increased.</p> |
