PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weather-proofness, transparency and anti-blocking properties by setting the hazinees value of a laminated film consisting of a film and a layer of a mixture of microparticles with a specific average grain diameter after a specific time of irradiation with ultraviolet ray to a specified percentage or below. SOLUTION: This laminated film consists of a layer composed of a mixture of benzotriazole monomer copolymerized acrylic resin and mioroparticle with an average grain diameter of 0.01-5μm, laminated at least, on one of the surfaces of thermoplastic film. The haziness value of the laminated film after 150 hours of irradiation with ultraviolet ray is set to 8% or below. If the average grain diameter is not larger than 0.01μm, the transparency is improved but the anti- blocking properties are not sufficient. If the average grain diameter is 5μm or larger, the transparency is insufficient. If the haziness value of the laminated film after 150 hours of irradiation with ultraviolet ray is higher than 8%, the light transmissivity is low despite the improvement of the weather proofness such as strong ductility of the film. That is, if the film is used for a farm house, the growth of the crop is adversely affected, and if the film is used for an outdoor temporary house, its interior is dark as one of the defects of the film.
