PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare more inexpensively than before an interior finishing material provided with a wooden base material molded in a specified shape and a skin material sticked on the surface of the base material. SOLUTION: An interior finishing material is prepd. by a method wherein a skin material 12 is placed on the mold face of a bottom force 21 and a specified amt. of a wooden material is laminated on the skin material 12 and the laminated laminate 11a and the skin material 12 are press-molded between a top force 22 with a mold face and the bottom force 21 and molding of the base material 11 and sticking of the skin material 12 on the surface of the base material 11 are performed in the same process.
