<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress so-called positive oscillation to a gate in an oscillating state without lowering an oscillated output. SOLUTION: The gate of a GaAsMESFET 1 is terminated through a microstrip line 2 by a resistor 3, and a dielectric resonator 4 to be electromagnetically coupled is provided near the microstrip line 2. Besides, a DC voltage is impressed from a power supply terminal 10 through a cholk coil 5 having no resistance in DC manner to the drain of a FET 1 and on the other hand, a resistor 9 is connected to the source. Between the other terminal and a ground, a capacitor 7 and a cholk coil 8 are respectively connected. In the oscillating state, the voltage between the gate and the source is suppressed by a voltage drop generated at this resistor 9, and the quantity of so-called positive oscillation to the gate is reduced.</p> |
