FIELD: agricultural machinery. SUBSTANCE: separator is intended for separating mixtures of seeds primarily according to their elasticity. Separator has cylinder with horizontal or inclined axle and on its inner surface it is provided with gathering members in the form of blades or pockets. Installed inside cylinder and along its axis are feeder, deflecting surface with cleaning device and discharge mechanism in the form of conveyor or set of sliding members preset in different directions. Also provided are movable dividers, unit for adjusting position of discharge mechanism. Inner space can be divided by partitions into sections. Length of each subsequent section in axial direction is equal to 0.5-0.8 of length of previous section. Performance characteristics of separator with deflecting surfaces is enhanced without increasing its overall dimensions. EFFECT: high efficiency. 8 cl, 2 dwg |
