The method manufactures a Sm-Fe group permanent magnet materials for sintered magnets through a homogenizing and sintering process. The method includes steps; a) manufacturing an ingot by melting main materials, which has a compound formula SmFe7+xMx, M is composed of one or more types which is selected from Mo, V, Nb, and Ti, x has a value between 0.2-2.0, in vacuum or inert gas environments; b) homogenizing the ingot at 900-1200 deg.C ; c)grinding the homogenized ingot to 5-50um ; d) shaping the powder in to a pressed dust body; e) sintering the pressed dust body for 1-2 hours at 1000-1200 deg.C; and f) aging the sintered magnet for 1-2 hours at 600-700 deg.C.
