Brick processing equipment

The pressed bricks, with hole patterns, are loaded onto a conveyor (3) from the press station (1). Groups of bricks are gripped by a system of prongs (5d) and loaded onto a baking conveyor (6) which passes them through the process oven (10). The bricks are processed with hole patterns vertical. The transfer system (5) grips the bricks by their hole pattern and lifts them onto the process conveyor in a single grip and tilt action. The pronged grips align with grooves in the process conveyor to drop the bricks in the required position. The process conveyor has a perforated construction with the bricks supported on a ridge pattern.
