PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device including a wireless antenna with high convenience.SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device according to an embodiment includes: a connection unit electrically connectable to a first host device; a nonvolatile semiconductor memory operating based on the power supplied from the first host device through the connection unit; a first controller controlling the nonvolatile semiconductor memory; a wireless antenna generating the power based on the radio wave from a second host device different from the first host device; a storage unit operable based on the power generated in the wireless antenna; and a second controller operable based on the power generated in the wireless antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
