When producing the screen(1), the method uses the corrugated paper(2) produced by attaching either the white which is same color as the textile fabric sheet or other colored paper(14) to the outer side of the upside paper(11) or the downside paper(12) or the regular corrugated paper being downside paper(12) of color paper(14) produced without colored paper. However, the corrugated paper is attached and bent up so that the both long side ends can touch each other by coating the upside's outer side with adhesive at the same time as making the colored paper the outer side. The cap(3) is extrapolated to the both ends of the screen and to attach label and others to the outside of it. It is produced by heating deforming the thick corrugated paper or the craft paper in the deformation frame after making flexing it by settling in the liquid phase adhesive like a glue.
