Swivel apparatus especially for mobile radar antenna

The apparatus includes a swinging part (2) which is attached to a fixed part (2). The apparatus is swingable about a swinging axis (6). The mass centroid (20) of the swinging part moves on a first circular route (9) which centre lies on the swinging axis. A first torque is generated by the weight of the swinging part. Additionally the fixed and swinging parts are coupled via a readjusting spring (3). The link force point (31) of the readjusting spring moves on a second circular route which centre (7) lies on the swinging axis (6). The readjusting spring generates a second torque which is adverse to the first torque. The sum of both torques is smaller or equal compared with the first torque.
