<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color filter which shown mass-productivity without requiring complicated processes and hardly produces defects in the production process of a panel by subjecting a specified silver halide color photosensitive material to one-shot exposure to white light through a master color filter, developing colors and desilverizing. SOLUTION: The silver halide photosensitive material contains a cyan coupler (C coupler) and a magenta coupler (M coupler) in a blue-sensitive emulsion layer B, a yellow coupler (Y coupler) and a C coupler in a green-sensitive emulsion layer G, and a Y coupler and a M coupler in a red-sensitive emulsion layer R. The photosensitive material is exposed to blue, green, red and white light by using a master color filter having a pattern of specified density. Then the photosensitive material is developed, bleach-fixed, and washed. Thus, a color filter can be easily produced in a short time, and the obtd. color filter has red, green and blue parts having excellent spectral characteristics.</p> |
