<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device for code transmission and reception reproduction by selecting a coding distortion of coded data, a coding method (characteristic), sequence performance and a communication cost according to need. SOLUTION: A 1st coding means 12 in the coding transmitter 10 encodes an input signal of voice or moving image. A 2nd coding means 13 encodes the voice or moving image input signal at a higher rate than that by the 1st coding means 12. A storage means 14 stores coded data from the 2nd coding means 13. A transmission means 18 transmits at least one of coded data from the 1st coding means 12 and the storage means 14.</p> |
