PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsiveness of the motion stabilizing control by providing a liquid pocket capable of storing the brake fluid in the middle of a pressure-charging suction circuit. SOLUTION: When the motion stabilizing control is achieved, a pressure- charging pump 8 stops the circulation of the brake fluid, and the brake fluid of the capacity of at least a liquid pocket 70 is immediately introduced in a pressure introducing chamber 51b, a piston 53 slides in a pressure-charging piston 51, and the brake fluid in a pressure-charging chamber 51a is fed to a main suction circuit 4f of a main pump 4 from a pressure-charging circuit 32. Thus, the main pump 4 discharges the brake fluid into a first channel circuit 1 through a main discharge circuit 4a, the pressure of a wheel cylinder WC is increased, kept and reduced based on the operation of an inlet valve and an outlet valve to generate the desired braking force, and the posture of a vehicle is stabilized through the torque control or the yaw moment control.
