PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the joining property of an internal surface organic resin coating to an aluminum base material by a method wherein central line average roughnesses and ten point average roughnesses of respective parts on the internal surface of a container are made specified values, and at the same time, an absorbancy ratio for a specified wave number in an infrared absorbing spectrum is made a specified value or lower. SOLUTION: This can internal surface is kept at a surface roughness which satisfies Ra (B)<=0.5μm, Ra (W)<Ra (F) based on a central line average roughness Ra (B) of the can bottom part surface, a central line average roughness Ra (F) of the can body neck shoulder surface, and a central line average roughness Ra (W) of the can body side wall thinnest part surface. At the same time, the can internal surface is kept at a surface roughness which satisfies (Rz (F)/Ra (F))>=(Rz (B)/Ra (B)) based on a ten point average roughness Rz (B) of the can bottom part surface, and a ten point average roughness Rz (F) of the can body neck part directly below surface. In this case, a thermoplastic polyester wherein a ratio Dc =B/A of an absorbancy A of a wave number 793.8 cm<-1> and an absorbancy B of a wave number 848.4 cm<-1> in an infrared absorbing spectrum becomes 0.9 or lower, is used as a coating film. |
