1. A tangible, non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer readable instructions for execution by a processor and when executed operable to:
determine a financial account on which a transaction is authorized to be conducted through operation of an automated banking machine, the automated banking machine comprises a transaction function device; cause a financial transfer from the financial account that employs the transaction function device in the financial transfer; detect signals corresponding to a plurality of service activities carried out on the transaction function device, store data representative of the plurality of service activities corresponding to the detected signals in the transaction function device's data store; automatically sense at least some of the plurality of service activities carried out on the transaction function device; automatically send data corresponding to the plurality of service activities carried out on the transaction function device to a service data collecting remote computer; and wherein the service data collecting remote computer is operable to store data corresponding to the plurality of service activities carried out on the transaction function device in at least one remote service history data store.
