<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner and an electrophotographic liquid developer being safe to an environment and capable of obtaining excellent color reproducibility since light transmissivity of the final image and a spectroscopic reflection characteristic are excellent in yellow electrophotographic toner and electrophotographic liquid developer capable of coping with the formation of a full color image. SOLUTION: (1) In a toner mainly composed of a coloring agent and a binder resin, an electrophotographic toner contains a compound and/or its derivative classified into PY180 as a coloring agent, and contains the binder resin having weight average molecular weight of 3000 to 10000. In this binder resin, a glass transition temperature is desirably 30 deg.C to 65 deg.C. (2) An electrophotographic liquid developer is formed by dispersing the toner in an electrically insulating carrier liquid.</p> |
