PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with operation/stop of all apparatuses without manual setting, in respect of full forced operation and temporary forced operation/temporary forced stop of specified apparatus. SOLUTION: If there is an apparatus designated as a full forced operation apparatus (step 101), the apparatus is forcedly operated until the designation is removed. As to the remaining apparatuses, the value obtained by subtracting a total capability value B of the apparatuses designated as the full forced operation apparatus from a load A, is assigned a residual load C (step 105), and the number of apparatuses to be operated is controlled depending on the residual load C (step 108). If there is an apparatus designated as a temporary forced operation (stop) apparatus, the apparatus is forcedly operated (stopped), while leaving the remaining apparatus as they are. After lapse of an effect-waiting time, the forced operation (stop) is cancelled, thereby automatically returning to the operation number controlling mode. |
