PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply construct an elevated bridge having large earthquake-proof strength without much labor. SOLUTION: Precast concrete pillars 3 placed with precast concrete abutment girders 4 on top are erected on a foundation 2 at suitable intervals, and prestress is applied to the foundation 2, the precast concrete pillars 3 and the precast concrete abutment girders 4 via tendons 9 so as to be integrally pressed and connected. Precast concrete girders 5 and 6 are provided between the precast concrete abutment girders 4, and the joint ends of the precast concrete girders 5 and 6 laid so as to face the step part of the precast concrete abutment girders 4 are frought into press-contact with and connected thereto via tendons 9 disposed ranging over the ends.
