PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cloth for antimicrobial white robes and coats, the polyester fabric of which has excellent antimicrobial property and can hold industrial durability to 50-100 times laundering, and to provide white robes and coats comprising the same cloth and esp. suitable for hospitals. SOLUTION: This cloth for antimicrobial white robes and coats is characterized by the fact that 0. 1-3.0 wt.% antimicrobial ingredient and 0.1-2.0 wt.% binder are added to a fiber material. The antimicrobial ingredient is pref. a quaternary ammonium salt and is immobilized with the binder. The cloth is sewn to form white robes and coats.
