PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the stock of a powdery and granular material in bunkers precisely. SOLUTION: The stock of a powdery and granular material in bunkers 19B to 19F and the like is detected by ultrasonic detecting means 40A to 40F, and also computed by a stock arithmetic means 43 on the basis of the loading level that a loading level measurer 41 detects and the dispensing level that measurers 42A to 42F detect. The smaller stock found by a lower selector 44 is the final selection. The stock of the powdery and granular material in the bunkers 19B to 19F and the like is thus detected with accuracy always on the safe side.
