PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cock mounting device which can smoothly mount a gas cock in a building wall surface. SOLUTION: This gas cock mounting device, having a gas cock mounting structure for mounting a gas cock 2 in a wall surface, is constituted by providing a fixed frame 3 having a contact plate 4 abutting to a surface of wall materials 1a, 1b, a nipping plate 5 abutting to a rear surface, and a connection piece 6 bringing this nipping plate 5 near to a side of the contact plate 4. The nipping plate 5, by making it slidable relating to the fixed frame 3, can be arranged in a retracted position and protruded position.
